NEW PROGRAMS LAUNCHING IN 2025
GREENHOUSE:
Convenings for professional dancers and choreographers that fill gaps of knowledge in creative practice and arts administration. This ongoing series of mini workshops, seminars, and peer working groups incubate ideas in a wide range of dance genres, choreographic research, arts administration, and arts education practices.

Workshop Series: Grant Writing for Artists with Christopher K. Morgan and Molly Puryear
November 21: Creating an Artist Statement
December 19: Grant Writing: Brass Tacks and Examples
January 23: Peer to peer practice grant writing in a supportive and collaborative environment.
GERMINATE:
Free space grants for San Diego based choreographers to develop new ideas without the pressure of a performance product in Malashock Dance’s studios. THREE artists will be granted 2 week residencies November 2024 – January 2025.
