We offer dance classes for kids, teens, and adults at all levels—beginners to professionals!
All students may try out a class the first time they attend; the trial class is $15. After the trial class, Children and Teens sign up for the semester, and Adults can purchase a class card to use for all adult classes! All students must pay a $15 registration fee per semester after their initial trial class.
Winter Semester: January 11 - April 3 Spring Semester: April 4 - June 26
Children/Teen Semester Tuition Rates: 1 class/week: $165/$150* per semester 2 classes/week: $300/$265* per semester 3 classes/week: $415/$380* per semester *Children/Teen discount with valid Military ID
Adult Class Card Rates: 4 classes: $48/$40* 8 classes: $88/$72* 12 classes: $120/$96* Unlimited classes: $140/$125* per month *Adult discount with valid Student or Military ID

In our beautiful new studios at Dance Place San Diego, we offer a comprehensive array of dance classes for children, teens, adults, and professional dancers.
The Malashock Dance School is a perfect complement to our professional performance activities and lets us help train San Diego's next generation of exciting dancers and choreographers. We offer dance classes for kids, teens, and adults at all levels—beginners to professionals!
You can drop in at any time throughout the semester to try any hour-long class for $13 or any 1.5-hour class for $14.
If you decide to continue, annual registration for all of Dance Place San Diego resident dance companies is only $30 a year. You can continue to pay the drop-in rate per class, or you can pay ahead and save: Children & Teen dance classes have a monthly tuition rate, and class cards can be purchased for Adult dance classes.
