A fusion of modern dance techniques, this class utilizes centering exercises, stretching and traditional dance phrases to explore modern dance. This class is designed to accommodate adults with dance experience, who may be relatively new to modern technique (1-2 years training), or who have taken a break from dancing and want to return. This class will leave you feeling satisfied, energized, and successful.
