Last night kicked off the 17th Annual San Diego Latino Film Festival , which goes through March 21 at UltraStar Mission Valley Cinemas at Hazard Center. The festival is an opportunity to enjoy some of the best Latino films of this year as well as to celebrate Latino visual artists and musicians.  Malashock Dance Artistic Director John Malashock and Executive Director Paloma Patterson both attended the kickoff to this year’s festival last night, and the whole staff is now talking about which films to attend!

Don’t miss the festival workshops and panel discussions —great for anyone from a film lover (like me!) to a filmmaker (like John Malashock!) and everyone in between.
